Quotes, proposals, service orders, contracts and any waste services we arrange or deliver are governed by the specific commercial and service terms that apply to them, including the terms set out in the relevant quote or agreement. Those terms take precedence for the services themselves. These Website Terms cover the website and platform only and do not replace, vary or limit them.

The wider platform is currently available on an invite basis. Access is granted to authorised users only, and we do not offer public self-registration. We may change, suspend or withdraw access to the site or platform, or to any account, where it is reasonable to do so, for example for security, misuse or operational reasons.

• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and do not share your account with anyone else.
• Use an account only if you are authorised to do so, and only for the organisation it was issued for.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account where that activity is within your control.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, another account, or any underlying system or data.
• Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the service, including by introducing malicious code.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk extract content or data, or use automated systems to access the service in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
• Copy, resell or make the platform or its content available to third parties without our written permission.

The site, the platform, the oper8 name and branding, and the text, design, graphics and software they contain are owned by or licensed to co-cre8 Systems Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own business use in connection with our services. All other rights are reserved, and nothing on the site transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

When you submit enquiry, site, service or account information, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it, that it is accurate as far as you are aware, and that providing it does not breach any obligation you owe to someone else. You keep any rights you hold in that information, and you grant us permission to use it to respond to you, prepare quotes, arrange and manage services, and meet our legal obligations. Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that is unlawful or breaches these terms.

We aim to keep the site and platform available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change while the platform is in early access, and maintenance or supplier issues may cause downtime. Indicative pricing, coverage and service information on the public site is provided for guidance. A binding price applies only once it is confirmed in a quote issued to you.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, arising from your use of the site or platform. Where you use the site as a business, our total liability in connection with these Website Terms is limited to a reasonable amount reflecting the limited nature of website access, and liability relating to services we supply is dealt with in the applicable service agreement.

These Website Terms do not set any cancellation, termination, charging or refund rights. Cancellation, termination, notice periods, charges and any refunds are governed solely by the applicable quote, order, contract or service terms agreed for the service in question. Nothing here affects any statutory rights that apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
